Putting the focus on Scotland, Big Country wove folk and traditional sounds into their feel-good rock. Managing to evoke the sound of bagpipes and fiddles from their guitar-driven sound, the band were on the edge of success and the release of their seminal album 'The Crossing' when they played Tiffany's in mid 83.
The sound quality is excellent and the CD comes with a newly designed cover and disc art.
